My background spans agency, enterprise, and financial services, which means I've learned to adapt fast and translate fluently between creative teams, technical stakeholders, and executive sponsors. I hold Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner credentials, but more than any framework, what I bring is judgment: knowing when to apply process and when to get out of the way.
